Finally! A new episode of Sandy's Podchatter! Today I'm reading Chapter 9 and 10 of BETRAYAL, in which we meet Miss Simmerly again. Remember her musicale, which Ash so rudely left when he got news his former wife had arrived at Ashburnham Place? So you can imagine, Miss Simmerly is not in the best of moods!

I just want to let you know that I've neither forgotten you, nor have I dropped off the edges of the earth. Oh yes, and I haven't been abducted by aliens, either! Horray! :)

What has happened is this: I've been thrown into deadline hell. I've got another book due by the end of March, and so far, I still need to write a little more than 100 pages. (As I said, deadline hell.)

Nevertheless, I hope I'll somehow manage to squeeze in another podcaste episode sometime soon!
